We are currently seeking qualified.Editorial Team Members with strong academic credentials to support the editorial and peer-review processes of the journal. This role is ideal for established researchers who are passionate about scientific rigor, academic publishing, and the advancement of microbiological sciences. Editorial team members will play a key role in evaluating manuscript submissions, supporting ethical publishing standards, and contributing to the continued growth and international reputation of Microbes World Journal.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in manuscript evaluation and editorial decision-making
- Assess submitted manuscripts for originality, scientific quality, and relevance
- Recommend qualified peer reviewers and evaluate reviewer reports
- Provide constructive, scholarly feedback to authors
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in academic publishing
- Support the strategic development and academic impact of the journal
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Microbiology or a closely related discipline (mandatory)
- Strong record of publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals
- Demonstrated expertise in microbiology or allied life science fields
- Familiarity with academic peer-review and editorial workflows
- Excellent analytical, critical evaluation, and academic writing skills
- Commitment to research integrity and editorial excellence
- Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous): Previous experience as a journal editor, associate editor, or peer reviewer
- Active engagement in academic research, teaching, or scientific leadership
- International research or editorial exposure
